This Privacy Policy explains how PrepRoadRunner collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, mobile apps, practice tools, mock exams, AI feedback features, and account services.

PrepRoadRunner is an English test preparation service. It is not affiliated with Google, IELTS, IDP, Cambridge, the British Council, or any official testing organization.

Account information: name, email address, profile image, login provider, account identifiers, language preferences, subscription status, and support contact details.

Google Sign-In information: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the Google account information shown on the consent screen, typically your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier. We use Google authentication tokens only to verify your identity and create or access your PrepRoadRunner account.

Practice and exam information: answers, essays, speaking recordings, transcripts, scores, feedback, study history, saved vocabulary, progress data, and app settings.

Technical information: device type, browser, app version, IP address, logs, crash reports, cookie identifiers, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Payment and subscription information: payment status, plan, renewal state, receipt identifiers, and limited billing metadata from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Support information: messages you send us, attachments you provide, and related troubleshooting details.

We use your information to create and secure your account, sign you in, provide IELTS and English practice features, save your progress, generate AI feedback, deliver subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve product quality.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing PrepRoadRunner functionality, including authentication, account identification, profile display, account recovery support, and fraud prevention.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.

We share information with service providers that help us operate PrepRoadRunner, such as authentication, database, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email, payment, speech processing, transcription, and AI feedback providers.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, comply with law, secure the service, or support user-requested functionality.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve PrepRoadRunner features, comply with law, protect against abuse, or with your consent.

We store information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against abuse.

Practice answers, speaking recordings, transcripts, scores, and feedback may remain in your account history until you delete them, delete your account, or ask us to remove them, unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, or billing reasons.

You can request account deletion or data access by emailing privacy@preproadrunner.com. We will respond within 30 days unless a different period is required by applicable law.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication controls, logging, backups, and provider security controls.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, reduce harm, and notify users or authorities when required.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure product performance, detect abuse, and understand usage trends.

Where required, optional analytics or media cookies are controlled through the cookie banner or browser settings. Essential cookies needed for login, security, and service delivery may still be used.

PrepRoadRunner and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

PrepRoadRunner is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact privacy@preproadrunner.com so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You can update some account information in the app. For other privacy requests, email privacy@preproadrunner.com.
